LUCY SARGENT
Director
I am a dedicated care professional with over 30 years of experience working within the health and social care sector. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
As both a mother of four and a proud grandmother, caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. My personal and professional experiences have given me a deep understanding of the importance of compassion, trust, and genuine human connection.
Over the years, I recognised a significant gap in the care industry: many people were receiving services that felt standardised rather than truly centred around their individual needs. This inspired me to pursue a more personalised approach to care, one that focuses on the whole person, their preferences, goals, and wellbeing, rather than simply their care requirements.
In addition to my extensive care background, I am also a qualified acupuncturist. This has broadened my understanding of holistic health and wellbeing, allowing me to appreciate the value of treating each individual with a balanced and person-centred approach. By combining traditional care practices with a deeper awareness of physical, emotional, and mental well-being, I strive to provide support that is both professional and compassionate.
My passion is helping people live comfortably, confidently, and independently while ensuring they feel respected, valued, and heard. I believe exceptional care should never be one-size-fits-all, and I am committed to delivering a service that is tailored to the unique needs of every individual and family I support.

REBECCA SENGER
REGISTERED MANAGER & Director
With over 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and respect. Throughout my journey, I have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and care needs, developing a deep understanding of what truly makes a difference in delivering outstanding care.
As a mother of two, I understand the importance of family, trust, and ensuring loved ones receive the highest standard of support. These values have guided both my personal life and professional career and are at the heart of everything I do.
My decision to establish this company alongside my sister Lucy, This was inspired by a deeply personal experience. My mother lived with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and through her journey, I witnessed firsthand the challenges that individuals and their families can face when accessing care services. While there are many dedicated professionals within the sector, I recognised that truly personalised care—care that focuses on the individual rather than simply their condition—was often lacking.
This experience inspired me to create a service that puts people first. My vision is to provide care that is tailored to each person's unique needs, preferences, routines, and goals, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life for as long as possible.
I believe that exceptional care is built on meaningful relationships, trust, and understanding. Taking the time to listen, getting to know each individual, and supporting them in a way that respects their choices and wishes is central to my approach.
At the heart of this company is a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves care that is compassionate, professional, and truly personal. My mission is to provide the kind of care I would want for my own family—reliable, respectful, and centred around the individual every step of the way.
